Our Board of Directors are responsible for reviewing our annual performance to ensure regulatory and legislative requirements are met, that services are accessible, and that opportunities are fair and equitable.

The Senior Management Team are responsible for providing leadership, resources and governance to deliver our equality, diversity and inclusion values, standards, processes, procedures and behaviours.

As an employer, we value diversity and want to attract the best people from all sections of society. We acknowledge that diversity helps us to deliver the best service to our customers and we are therefore committed to reviewing and benchmarking existing policy statements from other organisations and policy groups. In addition, we are committed to:

  • Consistently auditing our existing communication channels to ensure that compliance and inclusiveness are assured.
  • Ensuring that communication imagery and graphics reflect and reinforce inclusive messaging and become mainstream in day-to-day processes.
  • Reinforcing a culture of best practice by sharing information, joining external benchmarking bodies, seeking feedback and assessing our diversity objectives.
  • Lastly, we are committed to developing an external image which positions RoyaleLife at the forefront of equality, diversity and inclusive culture.
