RoyaleLife has been named as a finalist in the Solent Business Awards.
The UK’s leading provider of luxury detached bungalows has been shortlisted in the ‘Rising Star’ category, after impressing judges with its impressive growth strategy and commitment to deliver homes of the highest quality.
“We have had a fantastic year and to be nominated as a finalist in the Solent Business Awards is the icing on the cake.” Jason Williams, RoyaleLife’s Financial Director, said.
“Being a market leader is a huge achievement, and it has taken a lot of hard work from hundreds of people over many years to earn the excellent reputation that we enjoy today. This year alone, we are on target to achieve growth of 300%, with the number of our developments expected to rise from 21 to 65 by the end of the year.”
RoyaleLife has remained a family business since 1945, which CEO Robert Bull credits to the company’s success: “Sustainability and community is still what drives the business today. Residents have the peace and serenity of their luxury home, but also the fun and social aspect of our wonderful development facilities and amenities which include gyms, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and coffee lounges.
“It is a great feeling to know that we have the opportunity to change lives by allowing buyers to downsize through our Home Part Exchange schemes, as proven by our fantastic growth and many happy residents.”
Peter Laurie, head of client relations at The Business Magazine and chair of the judging panel, said: “RoyaleLife put in an impressive entry. The standard of all the companies shortlisted have been second to none. They each represent the wealth of high quality businesses we have in the Solent region, from start-ups to multi-billion-pound companies.”
The awards will take place on October 17 at the Hilton at the Ageas Bowl, Southampton.
