Coronavirus – The latest update from RoyaleLife

Following the recent government announcements, at RoyaleLife we are adapting to new, smarter ways of working during this difficult and unpredictable time. Therefore, all visits to our developments must now be conducted on a pre-booked basis only.

If you are planning to visit one of our developments then please ensure you contact us by telephone or email first and kindly note we will be asking a series of questions prior to arranging an appointment. For further information, please read our FAQs for visitors below.

As always, the health and well-being of our teams, residents and visitors remains our greatest priority and we will continue to be stringent in our measures taken in response to the Coronavirus. And, while we can always guarantee you a warm welcome at RoyaleLife, for the foreseeable future we are putting handshakes on hold to protect you and our teams.

All viewing appointments are still planned to go ahead, but we will continue to monitor the situation and follow all Government and Public Health England advice.

Should the recommendations change, and we are in a position where we have to implement a postponement, we will keep visitors fully up-to-date with the situation and will aim to arrange a new date when it is recommended to do so. If you have any concerns please call us.

We would like to assure you that we adhere to high standards of hygiene and sanitation at all RoyaleLife developments. However, we are taking the following measures:

  • We have introduced additional cleaning to our already strict routines
  • We have placed extra hand sanitisers in our development receptions and communal areas
  • All RoyaleLife employees and customers have been issued with clear guidelines around COVID-19 and the workplace
