Coronavirus – The latest update from RoyaleLife

We are pleased to announce that RoyaleLife are welcoming visitors again to our developments. However, the health and wellbeing of our staff, residents and visitors remains our greatest priority and we will continue to be stringent in our measures taken to ensure that we meet the current Covid-19 Government guidelines.

As such we are now offering customers ‘VIP viewing’ appointments where you will be allocated a dedicated timeslot with a sales advisor who will show you around your chosen development and the show homes we have available. For those customers who are unable to travel but are still interested in learning more about our luxury developments and available homes, we are happy to offer virtual viewing appointments with one of our friendly sales advisors who will take you on an online tour and answer any questions you may have.

We are always happy to welcome visitors to our developments however we would ask that you contact us via email or telephone beforehand as visits are by appointment only.

We now offer several alternative means by which you can view our show homes from the comfort of your home, such as virtual viewing events or personalised virtual tours. Please contact us to find out more.

We would like to assure you that we adhere to high standards of hygiene and sanitation at all RoyaleLife developments. We have introduced the Governments ‘Staying Covid-19 Secure’ assurance to our developments, displaying the poster on premises that fulfil the criteria, and taken the following measures:

  • We have introduced additional cleaning measures to our already strict routines
  • We have placed extra hand sanitisers in our development receptions and communal areas in addition to the hand washing facilities available.
  • All RoyaleLife employees have been issued with clear guidelines around COVID-19 and the workplace and have undertaken risk assessments on each of our premises to ensure we are compliant with Government standards.
  • We are putting handshakes on hold – but you are still guaranteed a warm welcome

All RoyaleLife staff have been issued with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in the form of face masks and gloves for use when interacting with visitors and residents. We encourage visitors to bring their own PPE to appointments for their protection. Please note the wearing of PPE by our visitors is not compulsory and is open to personal preference but please do not be offended that our employees may be wearing PPE in your company.

If you start to feel unwell while you are here, please notify a member of staff immediately and we will take the necessary steps to seek medical advice as appropriate. We may need to cut your appointment short but will be more than happy to resume when you are well enough to do so, either in person or via a personalised virtual tour.
